Our drivers will not deliver to any person anywhere other than at the residential address given when the order was placed
Alcohol will only be delivered to the person who placed the order and who's name appears on the debit or credit card.
Our Delivery driver may ask to take photo of your ID for management reasons.it for whatever reason you disagree to this term we will refuse sale!
A 'Challenge 25' policy is orated which means that should over driver consider the recipient of a delivery of Alcohol appears under 25 years of age recognised photographic identification will be requested before any intoxicating liquor is hand over.
Acceptable proof of age shall include identification bearing the customer photograph, date of birth and integral holographic mark or security measure. Suitable means of identification would include PASS approved proof of age card,photo-card driving license and passport.
Full details including postcode, must be given when placing order.
Delivery will also be refused if our driver believes that alcohol is being purchased behalf of another person who is under 18.
Customer are reminded that it is a criminal offence for a person under 18 to purchase or attempt to purchase alcohol behalf of another person who is under 18
If delivery is not made for any of the reasons stated above and driver will return the order to the store.A Refund will be issued after deducting £10.
